Once your order is placed, you will receive a dispatch notification via email that your parcel is on the way with tracking details.
Import Duty
Any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Policies vary from country to country, so you might like to check your local customs office for more information. YY Designs cannot be held liable for delays in customs clearance.
SHIPMENT OF ITEMS ON ‘PRE-ORDER’
Items on pre-order require a 2-4 week processing time prior to dispatch.
If your order contains a mixture of pre-ordered items and ‘ready to ship’ items, then your order will be shipped when the pre-ordered item(s) become available.
Where your order contains a mixture of pre-order and in stock items & you’d like the in-stock item to ship immediately, please place two separate orders – one for the ‘pre-ordered’ item(s) and another for the ‘ready to ship’ items.
Time Frames
With regards to time frames, we would highly recommend that you allow yourself more than enough time for custom ordering your dresses. We would advise to have the dresses at least 4 weeks before the event just in case anything needs to be altered.
Returns
We do not accept returns of goods that have been worn, altered, are custom made, limited edition items, large quantity orders, underwear, nightwear, swimwear, hosiery, pierced jewellery, toiletries, cosmetics, fragrances or scarves.
We encourge that when a custom made order is placed clients should come in for measurements and fitting otherwise we will not be liable for any issues that arise due to clients providing their own measurements.
